All Covered Names New CEO to Oversee
Nationwide SMB IT Outsourcing Company’s Growth

(Redwood City, CA) February 11, 2004: All Covered—the only nationwide information technology (IT) outsourcing services company focused solely on the unique needs of small and mid-size businesses (SMBs)—today announced that Kevin Laughlin, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, has been promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Tim Mott who will remain full-time as company Chairman.

Mr. Laughlin joined All Covered in November 2002 as Chief Financial Officer and became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in July 2003. Mr. Laughlin has over twenty years of experience in the areas of accounting, finance and corporate management. Previously, Mr. Laughlin was the Chief Financial Officer at International Network Services, a publicly held provider of network consulting and network management software; Controller at Electronics for Imaging, Inc., a publicly held manufacturer of printer controllers; and held various audit positions at Ernst & Young. Mr. Laughlin holds a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
