New Regional Managers Will Guide Local Expansion and Ensure Client Satisfaction

(Redwood City, CA) March 16, 2004: All Covered—the only nationwide information technology (IT) outsourcing services company focused solely on the unique needs of small and mid-size businesses (SMBs)—today announced the addition of two new managing directors to the company’s leadership team.

Jeff Schmidt has been promoted to Managing Director, Northwest Region where he will be responsible for the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Seattle and All Covered’s expansion in the Northwest. Mr. Schmidt has been with All Covered for nearly two years and most recently was responsible for managing All Covered’s Bay Area operations.

Mr. Schmidt has 19 years of experience and previously was the Vice President and General Manager for Lucent Technologies' Netcare Services Division in the Northwest markets, delivering network and business solutions for both service providers and fortune 500 companies. His other experience includes Business Director, Northwest for InCode Telecom Group, Managing Director for International Network Services (INS) and Manager of Data Center Services and Production Support for the California State Automobile Association (CSAA).

Brian Ellison joined All Covered in March of 2004 and serves as Managing Director, Southeast Region, responsible for Washington D.C., Atlanta and All Covered’s expansion into other markets in the Southeast.

Mr. Ellison has over 21 years of experience in a variety of technical, technical management and sales management roles. Previously held positions include regional sales management and engineering management positions for International Network Services, Director of Professional Services for Callisma and Vice President of Engineering for FrontWay. Mr. Ellison served nine years in the United States Marine Corps.
