All Covered Names Todd Croteau as New Managing Director for Eastern Region

(Redwood City, CA) December 7, 2004: All Covered—the only nationwide information technology (IT) outsourcing services company focused solely on small and mid-size businesses (SMBs)—today announced the promotion of Todd Croteau to Managing Director for the Eastern region.

"We are pleased to have him at the helm of our rapidly-growing Eastern region."

Mr. Croteau is responsible for the Boston, New York, Northern New Jersey, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, Tampa and Miami markets as well as All Covered's expansion into other markets in the Eastern region.

Mr. Croteau joined All Covered over four years ago when the consulting firm, where he was a partner, merged with All Covered. Since then he has held numerous field and corporate positions including Director of Field Operations and most recently the Director of Consulting Services for the Boston office. He has 15 years of experience in the high technology sector. Previously held positions include Marketing Support Assistant for IBM, Project Engineer for HDR Engineering and Director of Client Relations and Managing Partner at EKW Technologies. Mr. Croteau holds a BS degree from University of New Hampshire, and an MS from Northeastern University. In addition, Mr. Croteau is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Massachusetts.
