(Redwood City, CA) April 25, 2006: All Covered—the only nationwide information technology (IT) services company focused solely on unique needs of small business—today announced that Nick Pegley has joined its executive team as Vice President of Marketing.

Mr. Pegley has more than 20 years of experience in the technology business with a special focus on small business markets. He was most recently the founder of smbINFO Inc., an information services business focused on the technology needs of small companies.
Prior to this, Mr. Pegley held various positions at Nortel Networks including VP of Small Business Marketing, General Manager of Local Premise Solutions and VP of Channel Marketing. He was also VP of Channel Marketing at Bay Networks. Earlier in his career he held a variety of marketing and management positions in reseller and consulting companies in Europe.
Mr. Pegley holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the UK, and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
