All Covered Names New VP and Chief Financial Officer to Oversee Finance, Information Technology and Human Resources

(Redwood City, CA) June 1, 2004: All Covered—the only nationwide information technology (IT) outsourcing services company focused solely on the unique needs of small and mid-size businesses (SMBs)—today announced that Robert Zapotosky is joining its executive team as Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Zapotosky came from Flextronics International, a multi-billion dollar manufacturer of electronics products, where he was Director of Finance and IT. In this capacity, he was responsible for reorganizing and growing Flextronics' planning and analysis function and business intelligence systems. Prior to joining Flextronics, Mr. Zapotosky was Vice President and COO of Electronic Lighting, a development-stage company. Before Electronic Lighting, Mr. Zapotosky was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Metcal, where he was an instrumental part of the company's successful turnaround team.

Throughout his career, Mr. Zapotsky has fulfilled strategic responsibilities in the areas of Accounting, IT, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Administration. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and is a non-practicing CPA.
