All Covered Acquires Webcor Technologies Client List

Expands SMB IT Outsourcing Skills and Services in Bay Area

(Redwood City, CA) January 20, 2004: All Covered—the only nationwide IT outsourcing services company focused solely on the unique needs of small and mid-size businesses (SMBs)—today announced that it has acquired Webcor Technologies’ outside client services. Webcor Technologies is the information technology (IT) consulting services unit of Webcor Builders, a major general contractor based in San Mateo, CA.

Effective immediately, All Covered will begin supporting Webcor Technologies’ over ninety (90+) outside clients, adding them to the over 2,500 clients All Covered already serves throughout 18 major metropolitan markets nationwide, including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Northern New Jersey, Orange County, Philadelphia, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, St. Louis and Washington D.C.
