Todd Croteau serves as All Covered's President, overseeing all aspects of the company's operations. Mr. Croteau joined All Covered in March 2000, when the consulting firm where he was a partner, merged with All Covered. He has held numerous field and corporate positions and was previously Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Croteau has 18 years of experience in the high technology sector. Prior to All Covered, Mr. Croteau was employed at IBM, HDR Engineering and EKW Technologies. Mr. Croteau holds a BS from the University of New Hampshire and an MS from Northeastern University. He also is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Massachusetts.
Mark Miller
Senior Vice President, Sales & Operations
Mr. Miller took on responsibility for All Covered's sales, engineering and client relationship activities in January, 2012. This includes the company's new business sales efforts, service delivery, the care and support of existing clients and the development of the technical, operational and sales teams. Mr. Miller joined Konica Minolta Business Solutions in 2010 as VP, Managed IT Services and was responsible for the development of Konica Minolta's Managed IT Services strategy and the acquisition of All Covered.
Mr. Miller has 25 years of experience in the advanced technology sector. Previously, Mr. Miller spent 10 years at Ricoh, where he held senior Managed IT and Technology Services management positions. Prior to that he was at Lanier Worldwide, where he was responsible for the Technology Services operations in Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Middle East and Africa. He has a business degree from Emory University - Goizueta Business School
Drew Cataldo
Vice President of Sales
Drew Cataldo serves as All Covered's Vice President of Sales. With over 15 years of sales and sales management experience, Mr. Cataldo leads the organization's sales efforts, leveraging his background in IT Technology, Services and Business Equipment Sales.
Prior to joining All Covered, Mr. Cataldo held sales leadership positions with business equipment manufacturers and IT hardware resellers such as Ricoh, Xerox and OfficeMax. Mr. Cataldo holds a BS in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University in Michigan and has completed a multitude of Management and Sales training courses from facilitators such as Speak Easy, Franklin Covey Seminars, Brian Tracy, Tony Parinello and Fred Prior Seminars.
Glenn Mathis
Vice President of Field Engineering
Glenn Mathis is Vice President of Field Engineering, directly managing the engineering team in the Southeast/Central region and having overall responsibility for the company's engineering standards, processes and training programs. Mr. Mathis has been with All Covered for more than 10 years, since joining through an acquisition and has held a variety of field and acquisitions related positions.
Mr. Mathis is a graduate of the Rand Afrikaans University.
Nick Pegley
Vice President of Marketing
Nick Pegley joined All Covered in April 2006 and leads its marketing functions. Mr. Pegley has more than 20 years of experience in the technology business and has a special focus on small to medium-sized businesses markets. He was most recently the founder of smbINFO Inc., an information services business focused on the technology needs of small companies.
Prior to this, Mr. Pegley held various positions at Nortel Networks including VP of Small Business Marketing, General Manager of Local Premise Solutions and VP of Channel Marketing. He was also VP of Channel Marketing at Bay Networks. Earlier in his career he held a variety of marketing and management positions in reseller and consulting companies in Europe. Mr. Pegley holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the UK, and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
Merralee Retallick
Vice President, Western Region
Merralee Retallick serves as All Covered's Vice President of the West Region, where she is responsible for the overall profitability of the region, by ensuring service quality and client satisfaction. Ms. Retallick joined All Covered in January 2008, as Group Vice President for the Bay Area, and assumed responsibility for the West Region in January 2009.
Ms. Retallick has 25 years of experience in engineering, software development and Information Technology. Ms. Retallick started her career on GE's Advanced Engineering Program at GE Nuclear Energy. She then spent 13 years in the application services arena at Keane, Inc. Ms. Retallick holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Dayton, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Craig Teahen
Vice President, North East Region
Craig Teahen is All Covered's Vice President in charge of the North East Region, with responsibility for overall quality, client satisfaction and operational excellence. Mr. Teahen joined All Covered in 2008 and was previously Group Vice President for the NY Metro market.
Mr. Teahen has over twenty years of experience in multiple IT disciplines spanning global networks, data centers, web applications, enterprise software and end-user environments. Most recently Mr. Teahen led the Data Center & Infrastructure practice at Acumen Solutions and previously was CTO for House Party, Inc. He has led global IT organizations at startups such as StarMedia (Orange/France Telecom) and Poppe Tyson (Publicis) and enterprises like Time Warner, Citibank and EDS. Mr. Teahen holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Michigan.
Mike Verner
Vice President, South East and Central Region
Mike Verner serves as All Covered's VP for the Southeast/Central region, overseeing all region operations. Mr. Verner joined All Covered in October 2000 as part of the original team to launch the Atlanta office. He has been involved in many areas of the business including functional leadership over operations and strategic solutions.
Mr. Verner has 15 years of experience in the technology sector. Prior to All Covered, Mr. Verner worked with firms involved in datacenter build out and enterprise management software. Mr. Verner holds a BS in Computer Science from Georgia Southwestern State University.
