The Context

This well-established Boston law firm needed the help of a professional IT services company to expand its support for PC issues plus provide full support for the server and network infrastructure.

The Client

Looney & Grossman, founded in 1965 in downtown Boston, provides a wide range of legal services. The firm has twenty four attorneys who have the expertise and the experience to offer a broad set of services to their clients. Attorneys and staff are committed to providing clients with the full benefit of their knowledge in establishing legal objectives and achieving those objectives as expeditiously, and as cost effectively as possible.

All Covered Support

Looney & Grossman engaged All Covered in 2003 to provide expanded IT support to the firms' attorneys and support staff. The support relationship is managed by Lorraine Curry, who has been Looney & Grossman's administrator since 1993. She is responsible for the day-to- day management of the firm, all aspects of human resources management, operations and facilities.

A second employee handles a lot of the day to day desktop support needs, and is backed up by All Covered when the issue becomes complex or more widespread. All Covered provides all the support for the servers and network.

All Covered's expertise has been very useful to Lorraine in keeping the systems running smoothly. She commented that "when we need help we get it, promptly, no matter what time of day. Once, on a Sunday morning, I had to be in the office to attend to an issue, and some IT problems started to occur. I contacted All Covered and they were soon there with me fixing the issue."

It is this kind of close teamwork that Lorraine appreciates most.
