A Message from the Client Support Center

Learn about Improved Services from All Covered’s Client Support Center (CSC)

Based on client feedback and our drive to consistently improve the service quality delivered by our Client Support Center (CSC), All Covered has made some significant enhancements to our call routing that will improve your telephone support experience with the CSC.

Once you have a task number, you now have the option to press 1 to be directly connected to CSC.

You will still call our toll-free number at 877-224-8911. Press 1, enter your open task number, and your call will be routed directly into our Client Support Center. From there, you can utilize the following options:

  • Callback Feature - Our new system will call you back when the next available CSC consultant is available so you no longer have to be on hold to keep your place in the phone queue.

  • Voicemail - Each of CSC consultants now have individual voicemails where you can leave a message for your CSC consultant.

  • Transfer to the General CSC Queue - If your task is assigned to a specific CSC consultant and there are a number of callers ahead of you in their queue, you have the option to transfer yourself to the General CSC queue where the rest of our qualified CSC consultants can assist you promptly.

We have also extended the hours of live support provided by our Client Support Center consultants Monday through Friday. They are now onsite between the hours of 8 am to 9 pm, Eastern Standard Time or 5 am to 6 pm, Pacific Standard Time to handle your task on the spot. In addition to these times, we still support you 24/7 with our around the clock answering service to process your service requests anytime of day.
