Once you have a task number, you now have the
option to press 1 to be directly connected to
CSC.
You will still call our toll-free number at 877-224-8911. Press 1, enter your open task number, and your call will be routed directly into our Client Support Center. From there, you can utilize the following options:
We have also extended the hours of live support
provided by our Client Support Center consultants
Monday through Friday. They are now onsite between
the hours of 8 am to 9 pm, Eastern Standard
Time or 5 am to 6 pm, Pacific Standard Time
to handle your task on the spot. In addition
to these times, we still support you 24/7 with
our around the clock answering service to process
your service requests anytime of day.
