This is a short list of milestones throughout All Covered’s 10 year history mapped against some information technology milestones that occurred during the same time.   • Desktop backup service launched
  • Partnerships with broadband service providers established
  • Mac OS/X launched
  • RIM Blackberry ships

2002

  • Operating in 20 offices across the US
  • Key operational database (GoBase) ported to SQL with web interface
  • Handspring Treo ships
  • Highspeed USB 2.0 available

2003

  • Client Portal introduced
  • Remote Monitoring introduced
  • Safari introduced
  • iPod and iTunes launched

2004

  • Client Support Center established (centralized remote support)
  • Email Protection Service launched
  • Google IPO
  • Over 1 billion cellular users worldwide

2005

  • Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status achieved
  • Network Operations Center (NOC) established
  • Over 4000 Clients served
  • Google claims 8.2 billion searchable web pages
  • YouTube founded

2006

  • 350 Participants in Vista Web Seminar
  • Nearly 236 million spam blocked/quarantined by Email Protection Service
  • 300 Employees
  • Windows Vista ships
  • Firefox 2.0 browser is released

2007

  • All Covered Procurement, leasing and financing options available
  • Over 20,000 support tickets resolved
  • Over 5000 devices and servers are remotely monitored
  • Hitachi ships 1-terabyte hard disk drive
  • Over 70% of American homes have broadband Internet access
