All Covered Secure Remote Access

New tool allows for secure remote maintenance and faster troubleshooting of your technical issues.

All Covered's commitment to our clients has always been to proactively manage your environment to prevent issues from happening, and to react as quickly as possible when problems arise, as they invariably do with networked computer systems. You have seen this commitment borne out over the last two years as we have implemented remote monitoring, a national helpdesk (CSC), and a 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) to support the field consultants you see regularly. We have recently added to our portfolio of behind-the-scenes tools we use to support you.

We call this new tool Secure Remote Access or SRA -- a better way to deliver service to you. The primary benefits are a single access point for all of your servers by all qualified All Covered employees; centrally controlled access; and all access paths are encrypted from All Covered's equipment to yours so all network traffic is secure. Let's look at each of these individually.

SRA Benefits

Single access for all your servers

  • Now all All Covered employees can work together to quickly access a server when a problem surfaces. This will lead to quicker resolution time, and a better experience for you.
  • Consultants can share secure access and collaborate on problem solving by tapping into the technical smarts of 200 consultants. If your primary consultant is not immediately available to solve a problem, SRA allows All Covered colleagues to collaborate, thereby solving problems more quickly, while simultaneously broadening their knowledge.
  • With every login, there is a snapshot of server health which allows your support team to quickly spot any impending issues.

Standard access managed through one console

  • All access to your environment is controlled through GoBase (All Covered's integrated Customer Management System) at the client and consultant level.
  • We can make these logins available to you through the Client Portal.

Secure access

  • Consistent and secure approach to remote access, which meets Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA requirements.
  • Fully secured traffic – communication between All Covered's server and your server is secure and encrypted
  • Auditing and tracking - full logging of when the server was accessed and by whom. If there are any questions about who logged into any of your servers and when, we can audit the access records.
