New All Covered Security Services

All Covered has been offering its clients managed anti-spam/anti-virus solution for several years through our Email Protection Service. Through our partnership with Postini, All Covered clients have been protected from malicious viruses, annoying spam and dangerous phishing scams. For our clients, the service has stopped over 19 million spam and nearly 95,000 viruses on a monthly basis. And, contrary to popular belief, this trend of spam, viruses and more sophisticated threats continues to rise.

There are additional threats and security concerns that face clients today in the areas of sending secure, encrypted email, protecting against malicious or inappropriate web content and keeping or archiving email.

All Covered is pleased to announce three new services that work in a similar fashion to our Email Protection Service, where there is no hardware required and the service protects clients and their infrastructure at the perimeter of their network.

Email Archive allows your organization to securely archive and store all email communications. Message storage can be off-loaded to a secure site, where each user has access to their personal archive via a web interface. Archiving is transparent to users and searching and retrieving are easy and fast. In addition, authorized users can search and retrieve any email, across the entire organization, for compliance or regulatory requirements.

Email Encryption helps protect sensitive email information from eavesdropping, tampering and theft. In contrast to point-to-point solutions, you can have secure email communications regardless of the encryption capabilities of the receiver. Your email encryption policies can be continuously enforced, automatically and transparently to your users. Email Encryption uses industry standard TLS to transport the message. Users can receive their encrypted messages from a secure web interface if their mail server does not have encryption capabilities.

Web Protection enables you to create, enforce, and monitor web usage policies. Using real-time rule-based filters with an up-to-date and accurate categorization database, Web Protection enforces your company’s acceptable usage policy, protecting you from the legal liabilities of inappropriate content, reduces bandwidth consumption, and improves employee productivity. The comprehensive reports allow you to adjust your policies based on usage.
