The program is simple: If we hold a meeting with your referral, we will send you a $100 $200 Gift Card during Double Reward Days through 9/30/08. If they become an All Covered Care client, you can earn your choice of a $500 Gift Card or a services credit up to $1000*.

*Notes:
The services credit amount is equal to the new referred clients' monthly service agreement amount with All Covered, up to a maximum credit of $1000 per referral. There is no limit on the number of referrals or rewards you may receive.

The referred client must complete a full month of All Covered Care service before we fulfill this component of the referral reward credit or gift card. It may take up to an additional 30 days from this date for a services credit to appear on your account.
