Overseeing more than 600 IT engineers across 25 cities, they have developed All Covered into a brand trusted by leading companies to address a broad range of managed IT service needs and help achieve their goals through better management of information and more effective collaboration.
Todd Croteau serves as All Covered’s President, overseeing all aspects of the division’s day-to-day operations. Todd joined All Covered in March 2000, when the consulting firm where he was a partner, merged with All Covered. During his tenure, he has held numerous field and corporate positions and was previously Chief Executive Officer prior to the merger with Konica Minolta Business Solutions in December 2010. He has successfully executed over 40 company acquisitions and overseen the IT division’s employee count grow to more than 1,000 employees.
Todd has over 20 years of experience in the high technology sector. Prior to All Covered, he was employed at IBM, HDR Engineering and EKW Technologies. Todd holds a BS from the University of New Hampshire and an MS from Northeastern University.
In his current role as Vice President, Global Client Services and Solutions, Glenn Mathis is responsible for the fast-growing Professional Services consulting organization and on-site implementations services for Konica Minolta. Those responsibilities include Managed IT, software and vertical solutions, Cloud Services, advanced technology solutions, and project management.
Glenn has 25 years of experience as an executive in the technology, data networking, and telecommunications industries and has been with All Covered/Konica Minolta since 2000.
Prior to taking on his current role, he held several executive positions with areas of responsibility including mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, regional field management, and solution development.
Patrick Bradley serves as All Covered’s Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, overseeing the finance function including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, management reporting, performance analysis, and M&A valuation.
Patrick Bradley is a strong leader and strategic business partner with over 20 years of experience spanning finance, accounting, human resources, operations, and M&A. Patrick was with All Covered from 2001-2015 and rejoined the team in January 2018. During Patrick’s earlier time at All Covered, he was responsible for M&A, client operations, client contract management, IT risk & controls management, and accounting.
Patrick holds a BS in Management with an Accounting concentration from the Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. He has a certificate in Human Resources Studies from eCornell and has also completed The Art of M&A: Due Diligence and The Art of M&A: Integration curricula with the M&A Leadership Council.
As Vice President of Operations for All Covered, Andrew oversees acquisitions, contract management/entitlement and the overall operational aspects of All Covered.
Andrew has over 25 years of leadership experience in the technology services industry. He has held roles in virtually all areas of the business from client services to finance to operations. Most recently, Andrew served as our National Manager of Strategic Account Management.
Prior to joining All Covered through acquisition in 2011, Andrew was a partner in a successful Managed Services firm located in Chicago, IL. he earned his BS in Finance at Indiana University Bloomington.
Jim Mullen serves as the Vice President of Sales. He is responsible for overall client development and joined All Covered in May 2012. He previously served as Regional Vice President for the Central Region.
Jim spent 18 years with Standard Register delivering enterprise outsourcing solutions for critical communications. He began his career as Account Executive in New York and consistently overachieved expectations resulting in steady advancement in management roles from Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and to Vice President of Sales throughout the Northeast & Midwest territory. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Business from State University of New York College of Buffalo and has completed a wide variety of sales training & leadership development courses.
Marco is responsible for All Covered’s best of class vertical teams and owns the go-to-market strategy and execution for the Education, Finance, Healthcare, and Legal verticals. Marco is focused on driving sustainable value for our clients by providing a comprehensive suite of technology services, countless strategic industry offerings, and security & compliance services so that our clients can focus on their core competencies. He joined All Covered in August of 2013 and previously held the role of the Legal Practice Director.
Marco has 20+ years of experience leading sales & support teams for various products, solutions, and services across numerous industries. Marco currently holds degrees in industrial engineering, marketing & communication arts and has held executive leadership positions at organizations such as Lanier, Mosaic, Ricoh, and Hewlett Packard before joining Konica Minolta.
Drew Cataldo serves as All Covered’s Vice President for Business Development. With over two decades of sales and sales management experience, Mr. Cataldo leads the organization’s Enterprise sales efforts, Business Consulting Services sales, as well as All Covered’s Reseller Program for Independent Dealers & Channel Partners, leveraging his background in IT Services, Technology and Business Solutions Sales.
Prior to joining All Covered, Mr. Cataldo held sales leadership positions with business equipment manufacturers and IT hardware resellers such as Ricoh, Xerox, and OfficeMax. Mr. Cataldo holds a B.S. degree in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University in Michigan and has completed a multitude of Management and Sales training courses from facilitators such as Speak Easy, Franklin Covey Seminars, Sandler Sales Training, Brian Tracy, Tony Parinello, Fred Prior Seminars, and holds certifications in ITIL v3 and CCSA Cybersecurity.
RJ Tarantino, Vice President of Operations at All Covered Business Consulting Services, works with our Dealer partners to implement ERP and integrate IT Solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in technology and business advisory consulting at well-respected organizations like PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Global Services, as well as a host of independent ventures, RJ merits a wealth of technical knowledge and industry expertise. With this credibility, RJ is a great partner for Dealers and helps them grow their own businesses for optimal success.
Jeff Mateer serves as Vice President for the Central Region, including Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Des Moines, Detroit, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, and St. Louis. Jeff joined All Covered in 2015.
He has over 20 years of technology solutions experience, with time as a Vice President of a Fortune 250 corporation and most recently as a Director with a U.S.-based Technology Solutions provider. Jeff has had a number of other sales and business leadership roles. He holds degrees in both Economics and Computer Science from Grove City College, located in Pennsylvania.
John Boolukos is All Covered’s Vice President in charge of the East Region, covering Boston, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. In that region, he holds responsibility for overall quality, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. John joined All Covered in August 2016.
Prior to joining All Covered, he held several sales, operational, and marketing leadership positions with Earthlink, Internap, and Verizon including Regional Vice President and Director of Sales and Service. John began his career with MCI and held multiple management positions in Sales, Service Delivery, and Marketing. John has received both his BA and MBA from Fordham University in the Bronx, NY.
Carl Sills is All Covered’s Vice President in charge of the South Region, covering Atlanta, Austin, Charleston, Dallas, Houston, Memphis, Miami, Nashville, New Orleans, Raleigh, San Antonio, Shreveport, and Tampa with leadership for overall quality, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Carl joined All Covered in 2012.
He started his career in 1983 as a sales representative in Albany, GA. Over the next 28 years, Carl was promoted into several different assignments that included: District Manager, Director Dealer Operations, Vice President of Dealer Operations, Vice President of Ricoh Professional Services, and most recently Vice President of Integration Enterprises Services. Carl holds a B.Sc. in History from LaGrange College.
Darin Bower is All Covered’s Vice President in charge of the West Region, covering Seattle, Denver, San Francisco Bay Area, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Phoenix, Portland, Reno, Salt Lake City, and San Diego. In that region, he holds responsibility for overall quality, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. He joined All Covered in June 2012.
Prior to joining All Covered, Darin held several sales, operational, and marketing leadership positions with Standard Register including General Manager, Operations and Director of Print on Demand Solutions. From 2001 to 2007, as Regional Sales Manager for Southern California, Darin earned 100 Plus Club and was awarded the top honor as Board Chairman three times. Darin started his career at Eastman Kodak Company in the Office Imaging Division marketing high-end printing solutions.
