All Covered achieves highest level of partnership with Dell

All Covered, IT Services from Konica Minolta, is pleased to announce it has been named a Dell Partner Direct Premier partner. This level of partnership is the highest of three in Dell’s Partner Direct program and distinguishes a select group of partners that have completed several requirements for excellence.

“We are very proud to have again achieved this prestigious ranking in our partnership with Dell,” said Todd Croteau, president of All Covered. “This distinction proves that our sales and technical teams have mastery over Dell products and services, which is a huge benefit when providing Dell solutions to our customers.”

Twenty-four All Covered employees successfully completed courses and exams to earn competencies in three categories: Storage, Server, and Networking and Security.

“Earning a competency is time consuming and requires the completion of online courses and exams in both sales and technical skills,” said Doug Ford, national director of technical training for All Covered. “All of these training requirements were met in a very short time frame thanks to the dedication and commitment from local market leadership, members of the sales team, solution architects, and the engineering team.”

Additionally, Dell Partner Direct Premier partners must generate a minimum of $750,000 in revenue from Dell products during the previous four rolling quarters.

All Covered has achieved similar distinctions in partnerships with companies such as Cisco, Citrix, HP, Microsoft and VMware.
